I want to upgrade to HP Photo Creations to premium, but you don't accept my email. How can I do this? Do I have an existing account? If so, how do I locate it so that I can purchase the upgrade?

In order to purchase upgrades for HP Photo Creations, you need to first create an account using the button on the top-right corner of the application. In case you've already done that, you should be logged in so that the tool can connect the purchase to your credentials.
To find out if you already have an account, use the Forgot my password button from the log-in menu and enter your email address.
To transfer the calendar to a flash drive, the Export option needs to be used, but that involves HP Photo Creation to support this feature through Export. Start the software and load your calendar section then use the main menu of the application and go to File > Export or File > Save As.
Sometimes the Save as and Export functions offer the possibility to save/export to various file formats. "Save as" is used for when you want to migrate the content while having 100 % compatibility.
Recently when I tried to use my HP photo creations it didn't open up, instead there was a box that opened up saying that here was a problem establishing a secure internet connection to the Rocketlife server. This never happened before when I would use my HP Photo Creations, how do I get rid of this and get my HP Photo Creations to open up so I can continue my projects?

I've installed HP Photo Creations and it works really well. If you have an older version of the software, then visit the link posted below to download the latest version. You can overwrite the previous one, but it's not recommended although it will work normally.
The problem/issue will be when you'll want to remove it. Some file have to be deleted manually.

There is a reg file you can create and launch to fix this issue. Open Notepad and paste the following code. Go to File > Save as and type FIX_HP as name, then select the file type to All. Add .REG after the file name and merge the REG file. Reboot the PC and the error should disappear.
I downloaded the software, but when I attempt to install, I get this message:
C:\Users\Mike\Downloads\Setup.exe Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service
I had a previous version installed, but when it attempted an update, it crashed. So, I uninstalled the previous version and downloaded the most recent version. I really love this program!

Additionally, update Internet Explorer and Java Runtime to latest version:
My HP Photo Creations crashes when I try to create a template. How do I fix this?

If you experience a sudden crash when you try to choose a template from HP Photo Creations, then it is very likely that you use Internet Explorer 9. Several people reported the same problem and the solution was to revert to Internet Explorer 8. If this doesn't help, you should try to get some help from official HP technical support: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/support.html
Based on some testing in the application, the templates are the starting base for your projects. Meaning that you add the images and then you can select the template for your project. You can't add custom templates, since almost everything that's available in the application is paid or requires payment in order to download and use it.
Can I scan photos using HP Photo Creations? I can't seem to find this function.

Sean Hill
HP Photo Creations does not have a scan feature due to the fact that it was designed with a specific target: creative printing. If you need to scan your photos you can easily use the software available built in to your system: Windows Fax and Scan for Windows or Preview for Mac.
However, HP Photo Creations was designed for HP printers and if you installed the full driver from the HP Support, a scan application should also be provided along with the base driver making it easier to scan.

If the account creation process or purchase itself don't work, your best bet is to contact the developers directly using this link: https://ssl.www8.hp.com/h41268/live/index.aspx?qid=27269
Lastly, the product's website also states that HP Photo Creations has some region restrictions so that may also be a problem.
