I purchased a new HP laptop. Geek squad transferred all my pictures but cannot open my projects on old or new laptop. Help! Hope haven't lost projects that are d!!! ear to myself & others!!!!

I saw the message about discontinuing home delivery service for photo books. Will we still be able to create and send to store? Also I have prepaid for a book, , will need refund if not able to do this . I am bummed, have been using for many many years !!
